1. Manage the organization's legal matters including designing and overseeing the company's policy and position on legal matters.
2. Establish and improve legal risk prevention and control systems, processes and institutions according to business developmental strategy((Lark, E-commerce,Pico,BytePlus.etc), ensuring the organisation's compliance, including but not limited to issues relating to product compliance, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, competition law, intellectual property, data security and privacy, etc.
3. Manage and mitigate the impact of external factors on the global business. Coordinate and manage in-house and outside counsel for international corporate matters.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in related functions to support global business.
1. At least 20 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with at least 10 years of in-house experience in a senior role for a reputable international corporation
2. Formal legal education in both civil and common law systems strongly preferred.
3. Expertise in Antitrust and Anti-Unfair competition, Intellectual Property, Data Security and Privacy, General Commercial, International Transactions and Complex Litigations.
4. Board exposure and rich experience in providing strategic legal advice to senior management
5. Sound business acumen and deep understanding of the challenges faced by a global fast-growing start-up with diversified businesses and multinational stakeholders
6. Excellent legal and business judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple confidential, sensitive and high-priority matters simultaneously
7. Outstanding analytical, communication, organizational, negotiation and drafting skills
