Job Title: Deputy General Counsel

A leading business conglomerate is seeking to hire a Deputy General Counsel to manage a small team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide legal advice to the group on all operational aspects, including identifying unfavorable terms and pursuing remedies.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate EPC contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.
  3. Create contract templates such as tender documents and PD agreements.
  4. Lead and manage dispute resolution processes.
  5. Manage a panel of external lawyers on topics such as litigation and general legal advice.
  6. Offer intellectual property advice and support.
  7. Oversee Personal Data protection and compliance for the Group.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 14 to 23 years of PQE, preferably with in-house experience in any industry.
  • Experience in people management and regional operations is essential.
  • Must have EPC contracts experience.
