Deputy Senior Legal Counsel

**[What you will be working on]**

[What you will be working on]
- Provide legal advice on general corporate and commercial contracts including issues relating to the sale, leasing and management of State land and properties.
- Other areas of law to advise on include Intellectual Property (IP) issues.
- Assist in litigious and potentially litigious matters
- Advise on law reform and drafting of legislation
- Work with government and statutory bodies and the industry on real estate-related issues
- Review and draft a wide range of contracts and various legal documentation.

[What we are looking for]
- Qualification in Law
- Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore
- At least 4 years of postgraduate experience in professional private practice or in-house legal position
- Meticulous with good analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
