As a Principal Product Designer at GFG, you will work in a highly collaborative fashion, exploring the needs of our users and creating impactful solutions for them. We’re looking for exceptional designers who are excited by the opportunity to have a major impact on how millions of people across Southeast Asia interact with Grab.

**The day-to-day activities**
- Solve complex and novel problems in simple and impactful ways.
- Drive design quality and superior user experience across the organisation.
- Drive and improve cross-functional collaboration at all levels.
- Articulate complex thinking in a clear, convincing and concise manner.
- Develop and implement effective design processes and systems.
- Support and enable autonomy by mentoring designers and advising and influencing the wider organisation.
- Work on problem spaces including Payments, Loyalty, Security, Lending, Insurance and Investment.

**The must-haves**
- 8+ years experience in Product Design.
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating user-centered design process and solutions.
- Exceptional core product design skills: visual design, prototyping, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent understanding of user experience design for the web and mobile.
- Experience working on cross-functional product teams.
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Protopie and other design tooling.
- Extensive knowledge of mobile and front-end web standards and development.

**The nice-to-haves**
- Experience in Service Design, User Research, UX Strategy, or Design Operations are all a plus.
