DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager, Course Sched & Resource Mgmt (3-year contract), SMUA

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of Master Course Schedules and Training Rooms Resource
- Maintain and upload the Assessment Schedule, Module Schedule, and Programme Schedule in the Training Management System (TMS) for over 1,200 approved SMUA training courses
- Secure and assign classroom venues for all revenue-generating SMUA’s course run sessions, and optimize the utilization of dedicated seminar rooms allocated to SMUA
- Finalize and publish the course run schedules and course details onto the SMUA course offering portal for registration by clients and participants
- Manage the training and assessment timetabling for all SMUA courses, and resolve all conflicts and challenges
- Manage training rooms calendar and bookings for the Academy, liaise with stakeholders to determine their rooms requirement, monitor the rooms usage, and de-conflict when necessary
- Source and negotiate on prices for external training venues should training rooms on campus are not available or suitable
- Develop and maintain KPIs dashboard for Operations
- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau, etc) to track key metrics of Ops Cluster
- Perform course support (Around 2-4 times a year)
- May perform course support duties 2-4 times a year on weekday evenings/weekends to support Academy courses
- Flexible time-off and/or off-days will be compensated for such work deployment

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Resourceful and meticulous in handling multiple issues concurrently while managing tight deadlines effectively
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills to engage with our internal and external stakeholders
- Able to handle and resolve work challenges at the 1-level up job position
- Able to work with data to interpret and generate reports
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS), Training Management System (TMS), and RPA tools will be advantageous
