As the **Manager, F&B**, you will lead the business operations and development for MFLG's restaurant outlets, events, and catering sales. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth and ensuring operational excellence across all F&B units.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve set KPIs in revenue, profit, cost management, and guest satisfaction, while ensuring efficient daily operations according to established SOPs.
- Develop and implement annual business plans and long-term strategies to meet business objectives and drive profitable growth for the F&B unit.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining service quality, presentation, and ambience.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the F&B brand and create promotional strategies.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the department, ensuring effective and efficient processes across restaurants and events.
- Maintain high operational standards by ensuring all SOPs are up to date, relevant, trained, and delivered in daily operations.
- Collaborate on food promotions and marketing activities to maximize exposure and revenue for all outlets, implementing a comprehensive annual and monthly promotions calendar.
- Manage project budgets, including planning, development, forecasting, and controlling costs, and conduct cost/benefit analyses to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation regulations, operation licenses, and loss prevention measures.
- Establish and enforce departmental policies and procedures, delivering regular reviews and refresher training for all team members.
- Drive guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service standards through visible operational leadership and hands-on engagement with both guests and team members.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, development, and retention efforts, fostering a positive team environment and ensuring high employee satisfaction.
- Contribute to the long-term strategy and growth of the F&B department in alignment with overall company goals.
- Implement systems and technology to streamline operations, improve service, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to develop innovative, market-appropriate menus.
- Ensure menus are cost-effective and align with guest preferences and current trends.Conduct regular reviews of menu performance and make adjustments as needed.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior F&B role within a 5-star hotel, F&B chain, or Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Strong understanding of emerging F&B trends, immersive dining experiences, and connections within the F&B industry and media landscape.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make financially sound decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities to inspire and motivate the team to achieve success.
