**What You'll Do**:
- Maintain, enhance and upgrade electrical and gas condition monitoring systems
- Explore and evaluate the latest industrial trends and edge technologies in sensor, IoT and condition monitoring. Assess the applicability and provide recommendations to management on potential benefits and risks.
- Assist business owners in new technology verification and bid evaluation. Prepare tender documentation and work with procurement team for commercial bidding exercise.
- Support operation and maintenance activities, such as routine and emergency maintenance, standby for after-office hour fault remediation.
- Plan and design replacements and upgrades for legacy system. Manage the technology refresh projects for on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Improve current system processes for efficiency and optimization purposes, and update operation/maintenance documentation and SOPs. Support various audit activities, such as preparing relevant documentation and participating in actual audits.
**What You'll Need**:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient understanding of IoT, sensors, electronic and controllers, e.g. RaspberryPi, Arduino, industrial IoT sensors, controller and PLCs.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment. Experience with various electrical condition monitoring technologies and tools, such as partial discharge, thermography and oil analysis.
- Good understanding of predictive maintenance via data analytics and machine learning. Skilled user in data analytics tool including Python and PowerBI.
- Familiar with industrial communication architecture and common interfaces between OT and IT systems, including tiered network, VLAN, firewall management, Kafka and REST API. Good understanding with ISO/IEC30101 Sensor network and interfaces for Smart Grid
- Great individual performer as well as contributor in a team. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Excellent communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
