**Introduction**
Development and technology enablement of cutting-edge CMOS-integrated TMR sensors in collaboration with a cross-functional team of technology and process engineers
**Your Role**
- Design and optimize material stack and device layout to develop a range of highly differentiated TMR sensors.
- Analyze experimental results to drive process development.
- Set device and film-level specs to meet product requirements.
- Work with modeling and PDK engineers to model and enable TMR technology.
- Create new magnetic sensor IP and lead pathfinding and research efforts with partners.
- Interface with customers on their requirements.
- Be the go-to expert on TMR sensors.
**Required Qualifications**
- MS or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a background in Magnetics
- Excellent understanding of MTJ materials and device physics
- A solid track record of innovation
- At least 10 years of industry experience in developing and characterizing magneto resistive sensors
- Experience in thin-film deposition for TMR sensor development
- Ability to work well in global cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Good understanding of CMOS process integration
- Understanding of circuit designs for TMR sensors
- Experience working with foundries
