Being part of the back office operations in the area of Operations Services for Singapore and Hong Kong Booking Centres primarily supporting the MIS and Reporting function
- Responsible for data extract requests from Operations, preparing monthly management information and statistics (MIS) reporting, supporting data extracts for regulatory submissions / surveys / audit, and maintenance of static tables
- Close collaboration with internal partners and relevant departments on data extraction, MIS, audit and regulatory requests for data
- Work with various stakeholders to coordinate extracts, MIS, data for regulators / audits
- Participate in User-Acceptance-Testing when required
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Work with the relevant teams in fulfilment of regulatory requirements
- Ensure data extraction is done/provided on a need-to-know basis with appropriate approvals taken with checks and balances when providing the data
- Complete mandatory trainings

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualified and minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Banking or related discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office software, macros and competent end-to-end knowledge of the private banking value chain
- Proficiency in working with tools for extraction of data from various systems, MIS
