**MIS Manager/ Senior Manager**

**Position Overview**:
As the Head of MIS at Kinergy Corporation Ltd, you will hold a pivotal role, driving the digital transformation of our business and manufacturing processes across all locations. Operating from our corporate headquarters, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing initiatives that impact our entire group, optimizing operations, and enhancing our competitive advantage through the strategic use of information systems and technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Digital Transformation Leadership:

- Lead and oversee the digital transformation strategy for the entire company. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and to align technology initiatives with corporate objectives.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement an MIS strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. Identify key technology trends and solutions that can drive operational efficiency, enhance product quality, and streamline supply chain management.

Information Systems Management:
Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work in close partnership with various departments, including Design, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Human Resource and Finance to identify process improvements and innovative solutions that enhance business performance at all manufacturing sites.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with technology vendors and external partners to evaluate and implement relevant solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Performance Metrics:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives. Regularly monitor and report progress to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience 5 years in leadership roles within MIS, IT, or digital transformation, preferably within the manufacturing or high-tech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, Industry 4.0 concepts, and emerging technology trends.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP and MES systems, data analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
- Successful track record of driving digital transformation initiatives, process optimization, and technology-driven innovation at a group or corporate level.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are advantageous.
