As part of the Global Front Line Risk & Control department, the Transformation & Process Optimization team supports the department in its role to consolidate & drive the risk and control function for key business processes that supports the Front Office.

We are looking for a MIS Reporting Specialist to deliver various reporting initiatives with an additional focus on improving the reporting process through automation and process streamlining.

**Main Duties**:

- Ensure the timely delivery, data integrity and completeness of key management reports
- Perform analysis and display the understanding of the key drivers for exceptions and trends in the metrics
- Prompt escalation of issues and anomalies in data and follow-up with investigation
- Communicate and follow-up with various stakeholders to ensure required actions are to be taken, and/or to collate details on the root causes and potential remediation of issues identified
- Automation of manual processes and implementation of enhancements with a focus on operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the rollout of enhanced reporting processes

**Qualifications**

Work Experience Requirements:

- 3-6 years of previous work experience in Banking, IT or Risk/Control functions in a financial institution
- Strong analytical skills with aptitude for numbers and an eye for details, ability to deal with large data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-organized, good time management and result-driven team player with the ability to take initiative and multi-task
- Experience in SQL, Power BI / Tableau, VBA, R or Python is an advantage
- Knowledge / experience in a private banking environment desired

Education Requirements:

- Degree holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel and Power Point)
