**Title**:Regional Project Specialist (Business Integration/Separation)

**Location**:Singapore

**About the Role**:
Our client is a leading multinational in Medical Devices industry. As a result of business needs, they are looking for a Regional Project Specialist (Business Integration/Separation) to be part of their commercial team to ensure business continuity and drive growth across SEA region.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the planning and execution of in-country transition-related processes, and systems across multiple functions such as legal, supply chain, sales and marketing, HR, finance, legal etc, with a special focus on Quote to cash process to achieve smooth transition from an entity to another.

This is critical to ensure commercial business continuity.

You will work with functional leaders within the country and region to define the country transition plan with detailed activities and milestones for Quote to Cash process, customer communications, warehousing and logistics, customer service, contract novation and tenders, rebates management, brand transition and other key activities for separation.

You will own the development of business integration plans (with milestones and timelines) and to provide a clear roadmap for ongoing ownership to complete the transition.

**Requirements**:
Ideally you have minimum 4 to 6 years of experience with Project Management, Integration or Separation role with a commercial organization in healthcare industry.

Possess a Diploma or higher education.

The role requires a comprehensive understanding of business processes, with strong attention to detail, across various business functions and its interdependencies in order to ensure a seamless transition and integration to the new organisation.

You have excellent project management skills, with experience in managing a complex cluster comprising of multiple markets.

You have excellent communication skills to drive complex discussion within countries, with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.

Creative problem solving skills with a passion to drive resolution.

You are a self-starter, independent work, agile, nimble, result-oriented, and ability to work with cross-cultural and functional team members.

Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Gantt Chart, etc.
