We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Manager to join our Digital Innovation team.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Manager, the incumbent will drive the operations and governance on processes and procedures which delivery changes to all digital platforms ensuring service availability, delivery quality, standards and processes.

**What You'll Do**
- You will engage stakeholders to develop and execute effective and measurable communications that meet business objectives within responsible gaming guidelines.
- You will drive incident and issue resolution with 3rd party vendors and internal support teams.
- You will bridge communications between business stakeholders and technology teams on requirements to continuously improve our platform and deliver efficiencies to customers.
- You are the point of contact for any digital operations matters.
- You will drive and manage internal and external stakeholder to ensure effective digital operation efficiencies to support business growth and development.
- You will highlight and share best practices within the team to ensure consistency and continuity in operational excellence approach.
- You will identify initiatives, tools or processes to optimize business operational processes to increase efficiency and leverage automation for test prep and execution.
- You will collaborate with Technology team in release planning of enhancements and fixes based on business priorities and value.
- You will prepare and maintain detailed test documents such as test cases, checklist and various testing artefacts..
- You will utilize analytical skills to investigate and drive resolution of issues found in UAT activities.
- You will report progress on UAT activities and issues to the project team and to management.
- You will ensure channel service availability and reliability in partnership with Technology teams.
- You will track channel service availability monitoring, outage tracking and reporting.
- You will review and determine severity of production issues and coordinate with user and technology teams to resolve the issues.
- You will work with customer service team on escalation issues.
- You will be responsible for governance and oversight for digital channels in accordance with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- You are the point of contact for procurement and renewal of 3rd party services.
- You will 24/7 on-call/stand-by duty on rotating shifts with team members. Only activated when required for urgent updates.
- You will oversee and effectively allocate resource to deliver key initiatives and operations ensuring standards are met.
- You will support team on consistent approach across ongoing projects/enhancements.
- You will monitor individual/team performance and growth management, facilitate new hires and nurture existing ones.
- You will oversee the development, rollout and ensure business requirements are met.
- You will ensure SEO, campaign tracking and performance reports to stakeholders e.g Data Studio campaign reports.
- You will perform regular updating and QC of SOP process documentation.
- You will involve preparing new process documentation.
- You will be assigned to any other ad-hoc duties and projects.

**Who You Are**
- You will need a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any IT-related degree.
- You should have minimum 5 years of experience in a related role or 3 years' experience in team management.
- You should have experience in leading evaluations and vendor selection, including writing business requirements, using measurement tools focused on attribution and performance management.
- You should have experience or familiar with technologies and best practices in area not limited to: customer experience, content management systems, mobile solutions, automated testing, web/mobile analytics and tag management.
- You should have good analytical skills to process requirements to design and end-to-end test scenarios and test cases.
- You should have good working knowledge of SDLC process and practices.
- You should be well verse in various browser technologies, hybrid/native apps troubleshooting, debugging practices and techniques.
- You must have solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data.
- You must be competency in Jira and Confluence.
- You must be familiar with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You must be confident, assertive communicators who can drive incident resolution and collaborate with stakeholders.
- You must have strong sense of responsibility, urgency and ability to go extra miles.
- You must be able to multi-task, manage priorities in fast paced environment and work under high pressure.
