We are seeking experienced Digitalization and Innovation Manager to lead the strategic vision and execution of digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is critical to driving innovation, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the successful integration of emerging technologies to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Be Part of Our Success**
- Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s digital transformation strategy
- Work closely with the leadership team to define the digital vision and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy
- Develop and manage the digitalization and innovation budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to create new opportunities for innovation, and differentiation
- Oversee the development and execution of the digital initiatives
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to generate ideas that drive business growth
- Establish and manage innovation labs to experiment with new technologies and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful digital initiatives
- Work with external partners and technology providers to integrate innovative solutions and technologies
- Engage with key stakeholders across the business to understand pain points and opportunities for digital enhancement
- Evaluate, select, and implement digital technologies, tools, and platforms that align with business goals.
- Ensure the successful integration of technology into business processes, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency

**Qualities We Value**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation management, or related technology roles
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful digital initiatives
- Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of business processes, digital tools, and platforms
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
