**Key responsibilities of this role**:
1) Role & Responsibilities
- Lead one or more Accounts as an Account Delivery lead
- Review delivery of all projects in Account portfolio. Oversee and lead development, implementation and maintenance of the Project Work Plan
- Responsible for Account growth and delivery led mining
- Build relationship with all stakeholders in Account, understand technology roadmap, customer priorities, opportunities in Account
- Actively participate in key sales pursuits
- Approve estimates and estimating assumptions for the project's schedule, effort, and cost
- Coordinate and prioritize resources across projects and programs
- Track all the open positions and work with WFM on fulfillment
- Achieve Account’s Chargeability target
- Drive people engagement in accounts
- Total of 15+ years of experience
- Has managed a team size of 40+ resources

2) Technical Knowledge and Credentials (Must-Haves and Good-to-Haves):

- Experience in Azure cloud platform, cloud migration
- Managed Services model
- Data & AI

3) Competencies (Skills and Abilities - Functional/Soft Skills) - Future Focused
- Good at Project planning in MSP, tracking, risk & issues management
- Has experience in managing Fixed scope, fix price projects
- Good at client reporting, status reports, risk, issues tracker management
- PMP certification, scrum certification is preferable
- Strong program planning experience in multiple streams running over multi-years
- Scope planning & management, organizing squads, reviews, and reporting
- Conversant with Agile metrics and report program health
- Risks & Issue management - strong leader who can drive risks mitigation, resolve issues
- Strong relationship skills with customer
- Industry experience in public sector, financials sector
