**About the Role**:
ATOP Academy is seeking a proactive and organized Executive to support the smooth coordination of our academic programmes. You will assist in managing class schedules, educational materials, student records, and daily operational workflows. This role also involves close communication with tutors, parents, and students to ensure a high-quality and seamless learning experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in coordinating class timetables, student enrolments, and teaching assignments.
- Provide administrative support for academic operations, including preparation and organization of teaching materials.
- Handle enquiries from parents and students, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Support the onboarding and scheduling of part-time tutors and teaching staff.
- Monitor and record student attendance and academic updates.
- Maintain and update databases, student records, and document filing systems.
- Contribute to workflow improvements and academic support processes.
- Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and meetings when needed.
**Requirements**:
- A-Level or diploma in any field.
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Friendly, team-oriented, and service-driven.
