This person shall join Meta Financial Technologies (MFT) Merchant Services Team. MFT’s looks to empower everyone, everywhere to access the world’s financial system to accelerate financial inclusion and economic empowerment. We are looking for a strong sales/ partnerships person who has experience in influencing internal and external stakeholders. The person should be entrepreneurial, strategic and action-oriented. This person is an analytical and resourceful problem solver who is comfortable working in an early stage business in a large firm. You will be part of a high-performing team that works cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, marketing and operations teams to develop new capabilities, improve merchant experience, and reduce barriers that prevent people from driving payments and commerce on Meta. This team works across the Meta family of apps (Facebook, Messenger, MFT Wallet, Whatsapp etc.) to deliver products and services that drive greater prosperity for individuals, communities and businesses. The position is located in Singapore.

**Strategic Merchant Manager, Meta Financial Technologies Responsibilities**:

- Lead relationships with partners and merchants to drive payments adoption.
- Evangelize our new products and platform features to partners/ merchants through partner teams, 1-on-1 relationships or scale events and conferences. Scope opportunities in market & build channels and pipeline to drive merchant acquisition
- Partner with internal cross functional teams to identify growth opportunities for payments in market
- Provide partner and merchant feedback to inform & influence product roadmaps. Help drive product tests for merchants.
- Track, analyze, influence, and communicate key metrics to build opportunities and experiences that create scale and meaningful ecosystem value
- Increase the effectiveness of XFN teams by recognizing, implementing and scaling opportunities for MFT products & strategies

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 4+ years related experience working within the sales, partnerships or business development space
- Entrepreneurial outlook, able to work in chaos and flux, a go getter who takes initiatives and drives project, has strong project management experience
- Experienced communicator capable of presenting ideas to external and internal audiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, matrix organizations
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Language Skills: Thai and English (This person shall focus on merchants in Thailand and hence needs Thai language skills)
