- Register new purchase orders
- Track delivery
- Manage handling of goods received
- Receive and process shipment bills
- Control and update stock information
- Handle cases of stock shortage or deviation
- Manage demand and consumption
- Ensure order triggering information is up-to-date
- Issue inventory inquiries
- Set up and coordinate stocks inventory (ongoing and periodic)
- Coordinate out-of-premise disposals
- Escalate SERVICES CASES Manage discrepancies by performing root cause analysis and inventory reconciliation processes for specific cases for stock mismatch. Bi-annual stock take, monthly scanning of incident stocks etc
- Packaging and shipping of CIs in scope
- Transport of goods from source to destination
- Ensuring the complete, correct and timely resolution of Incidents and Service Requests, including document update
