Our client is the worlds leading global foodservice retailer with over 37,000 locations in over 100 countries.

The role will support the Digital Technology Transformation agenda, from planning & design of the digitisation journey to the execution and operationalisation of digital capabilities to meet the organisations strategic goal.

**Responsibilities**:
**System Analysis and Development**
- Understands business requirements and define technical requirements, evaluate and manage development and implementation of technology solutions
- Supports the solution development, testing, implementation, and enhancements of identified solutions
- Provides technical expertise to identify design efficiency and adherence to data and security standards

**Project Management**
- Supports the Digital Technology team to define a prioritised digital technology portfolio of the highest-impact work aligned to business priorities and deliver the greatest consumer value Periodically review and align with key business stakeholders on any shifts
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, identify risks and find effective and creative solutions to mitigate delays to deliver faster and continuously
- Project manage the design and build phases of digital communications and tools including developing and managing the process for these phases, and meeting milestones from ideation through to launch

**Digital Tech Operations**
- Provides support to ensure that digital platforms operate for scalability and stability. Ensuring day2day support for platforms & systems that is reliable with high uptime, and with sufficient capacity supporting increasing solutions and demands
- Keeping systems well maintained and with up to date with technology, equipped with adequate tools & processes from end to end - monitoring phase to recovery phase
- Monitor and report on support KPIs, ensure reports and updates are provided on the digital tech portfolio regularly. Review and ensure that the performance of the systems is meeting defined KPIs, flagged out areas for concern and put in place corrective/recovery actions

**Requirements**:

- Possess a recognized degree in computing related areas.
- Has at least 3 - 5 years of related working experience in delivering Digital or eCommerce technology capabilities;
- Strong technical, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and managing change.
- Strong organisation, communication & interpersonal skills, including experience with managing and influencing stakeholders
- Project Management certified professional will be an added advantage.
- Proven technical skills in working with digital platforms & emerging technologies such as Mobile Apps, eCommerce platforms, Cloud based Systems & Architecture, Data integration technology, Reporting and automation
