- Perform client relationship management / marketing / origination / activities for regulated new economy client segment (Fintech), including money services businesses, as well as traditional non-bank finance companies (non-bank lenders, leasing companies, credit card companies, etc).* To originate and on board new-to-bank clients in the respective client segment.* To act as first line of defence to all risk aspects to this segment of customers, in particular AML/ATF/CPF risk for the money service business segment.* To manage and maintain Know You Customer and respective Customer Due Diligence, as well as ongoing compliance management.* To own and manage relevant P/L relating to the segment of clients* Foster strong working relationship and collaboration between internal stakeholders, in particular working with GTS colleagues for cash management opportunities and credit analysts for lending opportunities.* Promote a full suite of banking products, including cash management (payments, deposits, virtual accounts, APIs), bilateral loans/syndications, and structured lending (securitization).* Identify and acquire new clients, expanding the bank’s NBFS portfolio.* Perform other tasks as required by the Team Head and department.Requirements:
- Recognised Degree qualification in Economics/Business/Finance/Engineering, or relevant discipline with at least 6 to 8 years' of relevant experience* Prior experience or proven track record in FIG Coverage* Sales-driven mentality with a strong business development and commercial acumen* Strong risk and control mindset coupled with growth mindset to seek continuous improvements in personal and business development* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to manage the diversity of the team members and to coach them for improved performance* Positive attitude to motivate team members towards meeting and achieving goals* Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment* Strong, resourceful individual contributor with initiative, and collaborative to partner effectively with product, sector, country and credit teams.
