**What you will be doing**:
To succeed in this role you will need to be determined, strategic and capable of establishing relationships with the key decision makers within the building and construction industry. You will be expected to have knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management. You will lead by example, acquiring and managing key accounts, while developing, managing and supporting a team of passionate sales professionals.
**Responsibilities**:
Sales
- Own the entire revenue generation process for the APAC Region, accountable for developing new revenue opportunities and leading key client account strategy and planning, alongside scaling the channel ecosystem.
- Develop annual forecasts based on market analysis and the plan/strategies to achieve company objectives. Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives and forecast sales activity accurately. Managing change and tracking the budget.
- Direct and coordinate company sales functions.
- Direct the planning and development of marketing and communications materials.
- Developing, executing, coordinating and maintaining a sales selling cycle and methodology.
- Maintain a strong regional and team culture that is consistent with Hubble values and best practices. Build a high performance, accountable, sales-driven culture with a focus on customer execution and hypergrowth.
- Take charge of client acquisition and create new business opportunities to maintain the company’s relevance and competitive edge.
- Establish and develop a number of key Business Partner relationships in target areas.
- Directly manage and develop key client accounts, and coordinate the management of all accounts matters. Build relationships and interface between customers and teams.
- Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate sales team members.
- Build, lead, manage & motivate the sales development team.
**Operations**
- Lead the strategy development, execution, delivery and operation of all infrastructure, services, enablement, customer support, and operations that are provided to all functions at Hubble. Implement efficient processes and standards.
- Project Management of software delivery and support projects.
- Overall ownership of company projects timeline and ensuring that it is in sync with the product road map.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Producing agreed status updates.
- Create a standardized outreach process for current and future clients and coordinate its implementation across lines of business, client management, and marketing and communications.
- Hands on day to day knowledge of what’s going on in all the teams, looking for opportunities to help them improve by anticipating their needs or working to remove the obstacles that might slow them down.
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
- Performing all duties with integrity and in compliance with all company policies.

**What we need from you**:
- Bachelor's degree with good academic results
- 8-10 years experience in building, managing and mentoring business development teams
- Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
- Ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth
- Ability to develop business cases that articulate strategy, value propositions, required investments and financial returns
- Highly organised, strong attention to detail, forward-thinking and the ability to work autonomously with a 'can do' attitude
