
Accounts Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Accounts Payable
- Handle AP and complete AP posting on time for monthly closing
- Check vendor invoices against PO and vendor statement of account
- Payment processing
- Prepare supplier reconciliation & follow up with disputed invoices
- Handle staff claims
- Provide administrative support for Accounts Department
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in accountancy/LCCI or equivalent/Higher NITEC in accounts and finance related studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Team player with strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Meticulous, independent
- Prior experience in SAP B1 would be advantages
**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
