**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Accountant and assisting in all finance matters
- Assisting in month-end and year-end accounts closing activities
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports, including filing for taxes, tax returns, etc.
- Assisting in company payroll and human resources matters
- Assisting in financial audits and ensuring proper documentation throughout the financial year
- Handling issuance of invoices and receipts to clients
- Handling accounts receivables and accounts payables
- Maintaining and administering on all accounts receivable and accounts payable matters
- Following-up on payment with clients
- Handling petty cash reimbursements and staff claims
- Handling administrative duties and office maintenance
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
- Experience in handling accounts receivables and/or payables is advantageous
- Experience in administrative duties is also advantageous
- Good verbal communication skills
- A team player that is able to work independently
- Able to handle a dynamic and fast-paced environment

**Other Information**:

- Official working hours are from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays
- Workplace is at 203 Henderson Road, Henderson Industrial Park #10-13 Wing A Singapore 159546
- Salary range offer of $2,800 to $3,000

**Salary**: $1,359.27 - $3,212.91 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
