- Order office supplies
- Issue vendor invoices.
- Prepare and monitor invoices (Xero)
- Sign off Par-timers Time sheets
- Payroll and pay slips
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Book couriers
- Collect post
- Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Works and communicates well with staff across all departments.

**Admin Requirements**
- Professional Certificate / NiTEC Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business Administration.
- Good computer knowledge, office 365, power point, word, excel
- Good working Knowledge of accounting software.
- Excellent Math’s skills
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the English language.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Desktop administration: 2 years (required)
