About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at Quest Holdings Management Pte Ltd. This part-time role will be based in our Maritime Square office in the Central Region.
What you'll be doing

Call corporate clients.

Maintain and update client lists and databases accurately.

Perform basic data entry tasks using spreadsheets.

Assist with organizing files and records.

Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
What we're looking for

Good communication and phone etiquette skills.

Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
