About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at Quest Holdings Management Pte Ltd. This part-time role will be based in our Maritime Square office in the Central Region.

What you'll be doing

  • Call corporate clients.

  • Maintain and update client lists and databases accurately.

  • Perform basic data entry tasks using spreadsheets.

  • Assist with organizing files and records.

  • Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.

What we're looking for

  • Good communication and phone etiquette skills.

  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
