**Position : HR & Admin Assistant -SIMPLE DUTIES**:

- **Working hours : 5 days (office hours)**:

- **Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 + AWS +Bonus + Mobile + 14 days Annual leave**:

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily general HR and admin operational matters
- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
- Assist in work pass related matters
- Manage office maintenance and purchases such as office and pantry supplies
- Maintain and oversee the company's license and vendor agreement records, ensuring they are up to date and properly monitored.
- Handle inquiries and administer staff benefits such as leave records, insurance claim, medical claim etc.
- Assist in payroll computation
- Preparing schedules and report
- Support in data entry, filling and documentation
- Any adhoc duty or task as assigned by the Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in related discipline or professional equivalent
- Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Words, Excel)
- Organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude
- Training and self-development opportunities
- **Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications**
