About our client:
Our client is a global business services MNC that specializes in providing financial solutions for businesses across various sectors. They are seeking an experienced sales professional with extensive networking capabilities to grow manage the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Design and recommend customized financial products, services, and strategies based on client needs and market trends.
- Develop actionable strategies and solutions to address identified problems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge for external client team
- Monitor customer interactions and service delivery to ensure high-quality support and adherence to company standards.
- Going above and beyond for clients: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
Requirement:
- Above 9 years of proven experience in sales roles, preferably in financial services or related industries with deep network to decision makers in the EPC sector.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex financial concepts in clear, understandable terms
