**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading Financial institution with its operations across the globe. They are a reputable European MNC.
- Key responsibility is the day-to-day **first line support of traders on the trade floor** that report various IT issues
- Escalate issues to Head Office and 3rd party service providers and follow up to closure
- **Prepare and set up hardware for end users**; office desktop, work from home equipment and mobile devices (laptop/iPad/iPhone).
- Respond promptly to incidents, investigate and provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Good understanding of basic desktop and end user environment
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components such as**:Active Directory, **Printers, scanners and other network devices. **Mobile devices (iPad/iPhone), **Cisco meeting room equipment using Webex and Teams**:

- **Reuters**:

- **Bloomberg**:

- **Kondor +**:

- **Calypso**:

- **3rd party trading platforms such as 360T, Autobahn, BARX, JP Morgan Access, etc.**
- Basic understanding of financial instruments like FX spot, bonds, repo, etc. would be a plus
- Basic understanding of networking, DNS, firewall, proxy, etc. would be a plus
