Looking for Design Director

We are looking for a design director who is able to interpret F&M business needs and client briefs and turn them into compelling creative solutions. Able to working under pressure while overseeing multiple projects such as advertising, marketing, interior design, and entertainment. The design director must be an effective communicator and posess a great leadership as well as analytical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret business concepts and client needs into elegant creative solutions.
- Have strong people management and leadership skills in order to hire, develop, and inspire the creative team.
- Ensure that all of the organization’s or client’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
- Developing strategic design plans with projected timelines and budgets.
- Analyzing market research to create more effective designs.

**Requirments**:

- A bachelor's or associate's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years managerial or senior-level design experience.
- Strong creativity skills and the vision to turn briefs into creative projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator
- Excellent leadership, organization, and analytical skills.
- Great time management and multi-tasking skills.
