**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders. This will include technical, operational and business staff.
- To understand high-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions.
- Able to collaborate with and coach across functions and teams to bring disparate people together toward a common outcome and manage to resolve conflict to resolve and achieve intended outcome.
- To contribute infrastructure projects to the overall portfolio and delivery planning for Technology.
- To be responsible for the project administration and the production of project documentation, e.g., project plans, budget tracker, Risk Assessment, Project Closure Reports, and Business Realization Report etc.
- To monitor and manage the project processes and ensure that any elements which fail in the workflow are remedied.
- To track progress against milestones, deadlines and budget.
- To Report on these items to key stakeholders and to provide dependency information into PWC/PSC meetings.
- To anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project.
- To use best practice risk management, assessing risks in an informed and considered manner and to plan for the mitigation of these risks.
- To run in-house projects on a day-to-day basis and take responsibility for their delivery using agile and more formal techniques as appropriate.
- Provide support and assistance in the promotion and adoption of Programme & Project Management best practices.
- Good knowledge of core infrastructure components - compute, storage & networks and underlying technologies like Datacentres, hyper-convergence (HCI), virtualization, cloud, storage and backup solutions, network layers etc.
- Expert hands-on knowledge of building a critical path and understanding the right questions to ask
- Command of the Project Constraints: Schedule, Scope, Budget, Quality and Risks at all times in the life cycle of the project
- Actively manage a critical path which allows for a line of sight into risk/issues before they have project/program impact
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, planning and organization ability
- This is not a technical hands-on role. However, prior experience is required in order to develop a detailed working plan to ensure project success

**Qualification**:

- Knowledge in information technology along with 6-8 years’ experience in the field of infrastructure project management
- Knowledge of SDLC and strong change management of initiatives with significant impact including incident management
- Domain knowledge in critical systems like core banking systems and problem solving
- Analyze business problems ,identify key issues and come up with creative solutions
- Professional certification in project management - PMP or Prince2
