Assistant Project Manager

**Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
This is an entry-level role to include the management of design, budget, schedules, quality and personnel, as the Client’s integrated project execution team working primarily on-site at construction projects across Singapore.

**Other responsibilities**:

- To assist the Project Manager(s) in day-today management of the contract;
- To advise the PM(s) on site quality and safety issues;
- To determine any non-conformances on works;
- To liaise with the Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly;
- To ensure that decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable timeframe;
- To ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety;
- To provide feedback to the PM(s) on quality and safety matters and suggests quality improvement measures for implementation on site;
- To supervise the installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation;
- To lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site
- To assist in the operating of the PMCC
- Other duties as and when assigned

**Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)**
- Bachelors Degree in Project & Facilities Management, Infrastructure & Project Management, Construction Management or similar
- Experience in a project / construction environment would be an advantage (including internship experience)
- Proficiency in relevant software programmes for planning and project work is advantageous
- Strong analytical and communication skill
