Responsibilities
- Working with a team of technical officers/executives and strategic partners, the personnel is to: manage a Facilities Management team in maintaining the base/facility and support any facilities management tasks as required.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring no non-compliances and Liquidated Damages imposed.
- Manage the facility maintenance works (with a team of technical officers), including building works, mechanical and electrical works, environmental cleaning, horticultural and landscaping works.
- Manage strategic partners / sub-contractors / technicians in the conduct of maintenance works
- Schedule and assign work requests and work orders submitted by clients.
- Schedule and assign all inspection and audits works.
- Provide necessary training and guidance to team.
- Use of Computerised FM system for Reporting and management of works and KPIs.
- Ensure staff update the system accordingly.
- Generate necessary reporting documents for claims and management reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Building related field (Building, FM, Mechanical, Electrical).
- Experience in construction and building maintenance environment will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduate can be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Good computer literacy/knowledge
- Pro-active attitude, independent and responsible worker who is able to carry out assigned tasks with little supervision.
- Good record of conduct and security awareness as site is in high security area.
