**Role Summary**:
As the Facilities and IT Executive at Write Edge, you play an important part in ensuring the smooth operations of our facilities and IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing facility maintenance, establishing operational guidelines, managing expenditures, and providing essential IT support for onboarding. You are a key driver in maintaining our physical and technological assets, contributing to the overall success and growth of Write Edge.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Facilities Upkeep and Maintenance**:Ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of Write Edge's centres, initiating corrective actions when necessary to maintain the centre’s branding, performance and capabilities.
- **Operational Guidelines**:Establish control and operational guidelines for Write Edge's facilities to ensure efficient and effective operations. Regular communication of guidelines company-wide and ensure staff adhere to them.
- **Facilities Project Managemen **t: Plan, coordinate and oversee projects related to setting up a new branch or renovating existing facilities.
- **Onboarding Support for Staff**:Provide support for onboarding processes, including laptop setup, technical assistance, and guidance on company platforms used for HR, workplace communication, and other essential functions for new employees.
- **User Support**:Ensure staff receive timely and effective technical support.
- **Infrastructure Managemen **t: Oversee Write Edge’s IT infrastructure and ensure that systems are reliable, secure, and scalable to meet Write Edge’s needs.
- **Financial Management**:Manage expenditures related to facilities and IT, address operational and administrative issues, and prepare weekly/monthly reports to track and control costs.

- **Well-Maintained Facilities and IT Infrastructure**:Ensure Write Edge's centres are well-maintained, providing a conducive environment for educational activities and reliable, functioning IT systems.
- **Efficient Operations**:Establish and enforce operational guidelines to enhance efficiency in facilities and IT management.
- **Cost Control**:Effectively manage expenditures and address operational issues to control costs and improve financial efficiency, and optimise IT-related expenses.
- **Smooth Onboarding**:Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, particularly in setting up laptops and providing necessary technical support. Ensure that new employees are integrated into Write Edge’s digital ecosystem.
