**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the process and quality aspects of plating production; ensure the production runs smoothly while meeting quality and legal requirements
- Tackle problems relating to the manufacturing process and defects
- Plan and control costs within the budget
- Conduct product testing; evaluate and propose for improvement of manufacturing processes, chemicals, and cost efficiency
- Review and handle Plating Work Instructions, check sheet, SOPs; and conduct briefings or trainings with the operational staff
- Handle and control Plating ISO, IATF, OHSAS, CSR-related documents and provide related refresher training
- Ensure plating process is in compliance with good manufacturing practices and other regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, or Mechanical Engineering; OR a diploma-holder in a relevant engineering field with 3 to 5 years of experience

- Exhibit a track record of trying and learning new things
- Love solving problems and aren’t afraid to speak your mind
- An excellent teammate and a self-starter capable of working under mínimal supervision
