Our client is a Well Known and famous MNC.

They are looking for:

- Retail Merchandising Manager
- Retail Buying Manager
- Retail Buyer

**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of the Kids' wear department
- Planning seasonal OTB merchandising sales budgets and margins with management and team.
- Managing respective business units’ margin and cost of reduction to maximize sales & profitability.
- Planning seasonal merchandising strategies and directions for the business units.
- Determining pricing structures for products within portfolio to achieve targeted profit margin.
- Stock and Inventory management by ensuring targeted stock level are achieved and managing slow moving products and excess stock.
- Initiating ideas for sales promotion or mechanics Initiating ideas for sales promotion or mechanics by working with Marketing and Visual Merchandising departments.
- Identifying and analyzing current retail trends and competitors’ activity locally both online and offline
- Key point of contact on all buying aspects
- Managing in-season product catalogues by business units to ensure that they meet customer profiles to maximize market opportunities.
- Weekly and monthly reporting on sales and merchandise performance to management
Requirement:

- Diploma/Degree
- At least 3 years of working experience in buying/retail merchandising
- 5 days work (office hours)
