Key Responsibilities:
  • Bring products to life by demonstrating cool gadgets and guiding parents through features in simple, kid-friendly ways.
  • Be the go-to product expert and answer questions from customers, helping them find the right product for their needs.
  • Create engaging demos and mini-experiences that showcase the fun, safe, and easy aspects of our tech.
  • Build connections with families by listening, engaging, and making parents feel confident while making kids feel special.
  • Support sales by helping families choose the right product without being pushy or aggressive.
  • Participate in events and activities such as in-store promotions, kids' workshops, and product launch days.
Requirements:
  • You must possess at least a primary/secondary school diploma and have at least 1 year of experience in sales or related fields.
  • You should have a friendly and upbeat personality, enjoy working in a retail environment, and be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
  • You must be well-versed in English and Mandarin is a plus point.
  • You should be willing to work 6 days a week.
