**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an **Associate Product Manager** who has a strong desire to start a career in product management. You will join a team focused on developing world-class automation products for the modern business. This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. You will translate real-world customer challenges into problems that can be addressed by the engineering team.

You will also ensure that product features and innovations are communicated effectively to drive adoption. You will also be responsible to:

- Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap
- Understand the users, market, and competition
- Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders
- Drive the product life cycle - ideation, design, prioritization, development, and delivery
- Bring teams together to define and implement product features
- Articulate product differentiation and value to internal and external stakeholders
- Define key metrics and measure the performance of the product features

**Requirements**:
We are looking for students who have demonstrated experience working with and have knowledge of consumer behaviors, a strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making, and an ability to plan and drive execution to grow a product from concept to success.

**Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills**:

- Demonstrated interest and experience work on great products
- Strong quantitative background. Able to make use of data for decision making
- Responsive to feedback and able to distill them into useful insights
- Takes initiative to plan and drive execution at every stage of the product lifecycle
- Strong interpersonal skills and works well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills - you can tell compelling stories that inspire action and motivate audiences
- Have a curious, growth mindset. Eager to learn and understanding the world better everyday
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time-management skills - balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests
- Driven with a can-do attitude and determination to succeed
