[What the role is]

The academic support executive is expected to provide support in areas such as pathway facilitation of students and graduates. He/she will support as the secretariat of key committees of the Polytechnic.

**[What you will be working **on]**
- Provide academic support to Course Management Teams.
- Lead Articulation efforts with universities, including development of new pathway programmes.
- Support implementation of Customised Study Path Programme.
- Manage Graduation Awards and Donors.
- Provide secretariat support for academic committees such as Senate and Assessment Board.
- Any other projects and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Relevant qualification in any discipline, with at least 1 year of working experience
- Analytical and have an eye for detail
- Good administrative and organisational ability
