Platform Director- Smart Industry Readiness Index

International Centre for Industrial Transformation (INCIT) is an Organization focused on global thought leadership and innovation in global manufacturing industries.

As a Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) Platform Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and management of a cutting-edge digital platform designed to assess and improve the readiness of industries for smart technologies and innovations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management, and strategic thinking. You will be responsible for overseeing the platform's operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring its continuous improvement to serve industries and organizations.

Our first digital transactional platforms “Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI)” was established in 2019 to collect transformation data and generate analytics for micro and macro-economic views that help governments and public companies to make more informed decisions about their transformation steps, currently we are developing multiple transactional IT-platforms to further expand our operation one recently launched is the Consumer Sustainability Industry Readiness Index (COSIRI).

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the overall strategy for the SIRI platform, aligning it with industry needs and trends in smart manufacturing.

Platform Development and Enhancement: Lead the development requirements and evolution of the SIRI platform, ensuring it remains future relevant.

Identify and implement new features, functionalities, and technologies to enhance user experience. Collaborate with software developers and designers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly interface.

Content Management: Curate and maintain a library of resources, start-ups, and best practices related to smart industry readiness.

Ensure all content is up-to-date and aligns with industry standards and trends.

User Engagement and Support: Engage with platform users, including industries companies, consultants, and assessors, to gather feedback and address their needs.

Create digital guidance and support to users, addressing inquiries, issues, and technical challenges.

**C **ommunication Strategy: Develop and implement a communication strategy to promote the SIRI platform and its benefits to industries, policymakers, and the public.

Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor platform performance and user engagement.

Generate insightful reports to track industry readiness progress and provide recommendations for improvement.

Expand the Data requirements to create new views to drive economic growth.

Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster partnerships with industry associations, government bodies, and educational institutions to promote the SIRI platform.

Collaborate with external stakeholders to gather insights and drive platform enhancements.

Quality Assurance and Security:
Ensure the platform's reliability, data security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Oversee regular quality assurance testing to maintain a high level of performance.

Project Management: Plan and execute platform development projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, content creators, and marketing specialists.

User Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver training materials and programs to help users effectively utilize the SIRI platform.

Create onboarding sessions for new users and organizations.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the platform.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Industrial Engineering).

Strong project management skills and experience in overseeing digital platform development.

Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of industry readiness, industry smart technologies, and digital transformation trends.

Experience in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
