The Business Analyst will manage communications between internal and external stakeholders on various tasks, projects and deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver data-driven insights through visualisation and analytics to guide strategy.
- Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the PSO network.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles with efficiency and precision.
- Align teams through clear updates, transparent communication, and feedback.
- Support projects with requirements gathering, testing, training, and implementation.
- Develop strategic initiatives targeting high-potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
- Present financial performance and insights to executives and stakeholders.

**Role Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**:_
- A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.
- **Work Hours**:_
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Part-time positions are also available.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and innovate in dynamic environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
