We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to support Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations for a large multinational mining company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with business stakeholders across various business units to support ongoing system activities.
- Learn and understand business processes and system functionalities over time.
- Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for new enhancements and system changes.
- Support analysis, testing, and implementation of new features or changes.
- Maintain clear and structured documentation related to business processes and systems.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability and willingness to learn complex systems and business processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
