- Receive Incoming Calls and Connect to the appropriate Departments
- Receive, record, disburse the incoming mail, fax, couriers and other documents.

Purchase of PCP, Primary Care Plan etc.

**Training and Development**
- Facilitate Training Need Identification.
- Upgrading Workers through Multiskilling and Core Trade Registrations
- Facilitate In-house & external Training Courses in line with training SOP

**Vendor Management**
- Source, Negotiate and provide Comparatives on various vendors & Service Providers.
- Ensures that the contract agreements and filling systems are current.

**Purchasing of Admin Related Items**
- Sourcing of vendors, quotes and Negotiate for the best p;rices
- Keying in the Purchase Orders in the system and execuite for appprovals.

**Any Other Duties**
- Any other duties /responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager / Management.
