Executive (Certificate Authority)

**Position Overview**
The role will be hired under one of the entity in NETS - Banking Computer Services. This incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Team Leads in delivering the division's strategies and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
This Executive role will be the first line of defense on all BAUs. This role includes the following:
- Management of helpdesk
- Plan and arrange appointments for subscribers (a party to an agreement with BCS for the provision of certificate services)
- Provide training to staff
- Maintain records of subscribers
- Prepare and send notifications to subscribers
- Maintain and replenish daily stock control within job area
- Prepare reports for billing to subscribers
- Assist to on-board new subscribers
- Ensure established procedures and controls are adhered to
- Perform self-assessment of processes
- Assist to implement controls, governance processes
- Enhance and update procedures
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of any issues reported
- Ensure that the website is timely updated
- Participate in User Acceptance Tests
- Participate in projects and enhancement of processes
**Requirements**:
- Diploma holder with basic written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with good customer service and project handling skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Pro-active with a good sense of initiative
- Professional with high regards for confidentiality and integrity of all confidential information
