Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Design Authority. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs, tender drawings sets, and construction drawings required for submission, tender, and construction.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, as well as strong communication skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs that meet technical requirements, fire codes, green mark, build ability score calculation, and other relevant standards.
  • Produce authority submission drawings and documents in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate submissions to relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals and clearances.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with planning and building authority officers to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
