Job Description

As a seasoned Senior Architect, you will lead architectural design and documentation throughout project phases. Your expertise in navigating authority codes and compliance will be instrumental in ensuring full regulatory adherence.

The role requires close coordination with engineering disciplines to integrate Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) requirements into architectural outcomes. You will oversee the preparation of specifications, detailed working drawings, tender documentation, and contract administration.

A key aspect of this position is mentoring junior architects and ensuring quality control and adherence to compliance standards.

Advise clients on authority-related matters and represent the firm with clarity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience, including hands-on AEI coordination and local authority submissions.
  • Strong command of local building codes and approval processes.
  • Proficiency in BIM and architectural documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
