**Job Competency**
- A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5-10 years of pertinent experience in the field of architecture
- Require prior experience in high-end luxury residential or hospital projects
- Understanding in architectural specifics, construction practices, and proficiency in working with detailed drawings
- Able to run the project independently from concept to completion
- Demonstrate good skills in presenting designs and building positive relationship with others
- Exhibit strong leadership abilities within a team setting
- Knowledgable about local codes and regulations
- **Bilingual, speaks English and Chinese**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Design development from concept to tender drawings
- Evaluate and authorize preliminary and outline designs, as well as thoroughly review and coordination with internal and external consultants
- Develop and oversee the planning and implementation of project related procedures and requirements for obtaining necessary approvals from authorities
- Attend client and consultant meeting and reports to Project Manager and Design Director.
