At IRAS Law Division, our Legal Executives help our lawyers to maintain the integrity of the tax system in Singapore. Join the best legal tax team in Singapore and make a meaningful difference.

What you will be working on:

As a Legal Executive, you will anticipate the needs of IRAS' legal teams by providing strong legal support, including litigation support. You will handle the Division's administrative, finance, and procurement matters, and coordinate with other divisions of IRAS and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will contribute to the digitalisation initiatives at IRAS through innovative approaches.

Reporting to a Director of the Law Division, your main role is to support the legal teams and assist with administrative tasks.

What we are looking for:
  • Good command of English and strong writing skills
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and organized in work
  • Analytical, independent, and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge or experience in eLitigation, paralegal, or legal secretarial duties is advantageous
  • A desire to serve in public service with a positive and helpful attitude

Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract initially.
