We're seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial Software Engineer who thinks differently to join us the product team as a lead/founding engineer, helping shape our product from the ground up.

**As A Founding Software Engineer, You Will Have To**:

- Design and build our HRM product's technical foundation from ground up
- Make key architectural decisions that will shape our product's future
- Own the full development cycle using modern tech stack (Next.js, Node.js, AWS)
- Collaborate with product team to create intuitive user experiences
- Use cutting-edge tools (AI-assisted development) to build efficientlyEstablish development standards and best practices

**It Would Be Great If You Have**:

- Experience with HR/payroll systems
- Experience with Singapore government APIs
- Worked in fast-paced startup environments like startups
- Built distributed systems and optimized their performance
