Are you a highly skilled and results-driven sales professional with deep expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) or Semiconductor technologies? We are expanding our team and seeking two **Senior Sales Engineers / Key Account Managers**who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions and building lasting client relationships.
In these critical roles, you will leverage your technical acumen to understand complex client needs, present cutting-edge solutions, and drive significant business growth within your assigned accounts. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales growth and market penetration for our BMS and/or Semiconductor product/solution portfolio.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic objectives and pain points.
- Provide technical expertise and consultative sales support throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sales follow-up.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering, product development, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new client acquisition.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, proposals, and contract negotiations.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in BMS and Semiconductor fields.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical field).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the **Building Management Systems (BMS)**or **Semiconductor**industries.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.
- Strong technical understanding of BMS solutions (e.g., HVAC controls, energy management, automation) OR Semiconductor processes, equipment, or materials.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel as required.
