JR29880 Senior Engineer, Scribe Design

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify required business processes and set up a system of process to establish work flow in a matrix organization.
- Standardize BKM's and methodology across technologies and scribe design sites.
- Act as bridge person across global Scribe Design teams to achieve alignment, work sharing, and higher level of collaboration across global structure.
- Joint development of CAD tools and methodologies for automating and/or increasing productivity of physical layout design
- Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes as well as eliminating redundant ones.
- Establish a change management process for scribe design and set up the necessary supporting tools.
- Establish a comprehensive training program, organize supporting material, and drive implementation across the group.
- Establish metrics and management program to drive effectiveness and efficiency.
- Address quality issues in a timely manner using tools such as 8D, 5-why, _etc. _
- Drive decisions through data, metrics, and processes.
- Create and maintain test structure documentation and related parametric information.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in scribe design, layout, verification, and tapeout
- Familiarity with physical verification tools like LVS, DRC.
- Understanding of front/back-end analog and mixed signal design flows and methodologies.
- Familiarity with semiconductor electrical fundamentals, device physics and fabrication techniques
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated innovative problem-solving skills.
- The ability to be flexible with travel and work times.

**Education & Experience requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the fields of IC design flow development and layout.
